Google plans to complete its “Mobile First Index” project by the end of 2020 As a reminder, the “Mobile First Index” refers to the indexing method which allows Google to analyze a website based on its mobile version rather than by exploring its web version. “The majority of Internet searches are carried out from a mobile, and the mobile-first index aims to improve the user experience on this type of device ,” informs Google.

Indeed, four years after launching the Email Data index-mobile first in November 2016, the American giant is showing commitment and seems to want to accelerate on this subject by sending alerts by email to webmasters if their site encounters problems preventing their integration into its index.
